Hey there, welcome to my blog! I’m Michelle and I’m the mixologist behind the cocktails on this little blog. I live in London, UK and spend a fair bit of time in Atlanta, GA too. I treat my cats like they’re my children, I get way too invested in fictional characters and I have an addiction to cinnamon!

Here on A Tipsy Giraffe you’ll find a wide range of delicious delicious cocktails, from classics to original creations There are cocktails for every skill level, from the simple cocktails to more complex creations. Check out the recipe index to find your next delicious serve!

I’ve loved all things cocktails for a long time, but it’s only since August 2018 that I decided mixology would be my main focus. I get so much joy from mixing up amazing creations in my home bar, and I love to share that joy with you all. I’m a self taught mixologist and am still learning every single day. Please do join me in this adventure, and I’d love to hear your thoughts and ideas!

A Tipsy Giraffe used to be known as Giraffes Can Bake – a blog dedicated to gluten free baking and cocktails. While I have switched over to 100% mixology, my baking recipe archives are still available and always will be. You can find them HERE.

Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to seeing you around here on A Tipsy Giraffe!

Hi Michelle! I’ve been visiting your blog for sometime now and I simply love it! I too am a terrible photographer but decided to overcome that and start a blog! I must say though, most of your photos are pretty great so you shouldn’t worry!

Hey Michelle! I really enjoy following your blog and checking out all of your beautiful recipes. I’d like to feature you in my upcoming Blog Tour Post. Alex at Dinner Daydreams http://dinnerdaydreams.wordpress.com/2014/06/27/blog-tour/ recently featured me in hers, and now it’s time for me to feature some of my favourite blogs. If you’re okay with it, I’d list you as one of the featured bloggers in the post, and then you’d do a post next week and choose your three. Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi Michelle!
I just wanted to say again how great the peanut butter rice krispie treats were that you posted. I brought them into work and 2 people asked me for the recipe, I sent them to your blog! One woman said “well, if Giraffes can back, so can I!” : ) I was just wondering if you’d mind if I posted the recipe and linked back to your blog? They were so delicious! Thank you, hope to see you at Fiesta Friday!!!
